The book lover's Chronicles
I love reading... I might not be the fastest reader and I can take a long time to read a book but I love being transported in a book and trying to understand, grow to love and befriend the characters in the different stories that I discover. I love that you can move from world to world in a second and unravel new adventures. The bottom line is I'm a passionate reader and I love books!
Graphic Novels - Scott Pilgrim
I love the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels by Bryan Lee O'Malley. They're very fast and entertaining.
If you don't know what they're all about, here's a very short summary.
So Scott Pilgrim is an 20 something rock band member. He meets this woman named Ramona and wants to date her. But in order to persue this relationship he needs to fight her 7 evil ex-boyfriends and that's basically what he does in th 6 books in this series.
It's funny, dorky at times and always fun. That's why I love it so much.
I'll probably finish the series (last 3 books) in the Bout of Books August Marathon (can't wait for that)!
Anyways great book and I would definitely recommend the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels by Bryan Lee O'Malley.
